L.E.a.R.N. reserves the right to combine divisions based on the number of teams signed up. In the event of cancellation due to unexpected circumstances by L.E.a.R.N. officials, or in the event of a cancellation for any other reason what so ever, no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!
The waiver form (shown on attachment below) is required for ALL athletes to be admitted into the tournament, as well as any child under the age of 18 must have parents signature on this waiver form.
Please make a copy for each child, fill it out, have a parent sign the form and bring it with them on Saturday morning to registration.
Every child must have their legal guardian sign the form or they can not play in the tournament.
The tournament will be on Saturday, March 30, 2024.
8:30-9:30 AM - Check-In - Please check-in your team all at once. You will need to provide proof of age and grade for each of your players. You may use any of the following: School ID, Demographics page from school records, Birth Certificate, or any form of picture ID that can provide DOB & grade of each player
9:30-10:00 AM - Coach’s Meeting in Small Gym
9:30-10:00 AM - Warm-ups in Large Gym
10:20 AM- First Games Begin
12:00 - 12:40 PM 3 Point Shootout & Half Court Contest
12:40 PM Afternoon Games Begin

GRADES K-2 - $80 (Co-ed)
GRADES 3-4 - $150 Boys/Girls
GRADES 5-6 - $150 Boys/Girls
GRADES 7-8 - $150 Boys/Girls
GRADES 9-12 - $150 Boys/Girls
ALL YOUTH JAM T-SHIRTS ARE IN ADULT SIZES! Please order accordingly.
ROSTER
A COMPLETE FINAL ROSTER must be submitted by check-in date. Only players listed on the roster will be allowed to participate, no exceptions.
VERIFICATION: We will be randomly verifying all past and new teams, all players on teams roster will have to be verified if selected. We will notify you with a time and location if your team is selected for verification, all players will have to be present.
